Remodeler.com will not be held responsible for problems associated with the World Wide Web or its Website for causes beyond its control, including but not limited to problems related to the Internet, Internet connections, and acts of God. Membership with Remodeler.com entitles the Remodeler to network and advertise its services and qualifications with Remodeler.com by way of Remodeler.com retaining that information submitted by the Remodeler in its Internet database, and making accessible to the public that information via the Internet, as well as the development of the Remodeler's Website. A Remodeler may discontinue its membership at any time without any additional charge by notifying Remodeler.com in writing to the email address: info@remodelingonline.com, or to postal address: Remodeler.com, 300 Mill Street, Moorestown, NJ 08057. Notice of cancellation must be provided seven calendar days prior to date of the payment transaction. If for any reason payment cannot be collected, Remodeler.com reserves the right to cancel membership and collect any past due amounts.
